An open conversation, about half an hour, on your lines, your shifts, and what goes wrong most weeks. No slides.
A pilot on one line
One module, one line, real shifts, a few weeks. You see it working on your own plant before you commit to the rest.
Go live
The module goes into daily use. We stay close and fix what the floor tells us, on days you pick.
Grow at your pace
The next module when it starts to hurt. It reads the plant you already set up, so nothing is set up twice.
We also build the edge.
When a machine has no signal to give, we build the sensor, the gateway or the controller that gives it one, and the platform reads it.

Questions plants ask first
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. Phasis runs the floor and your ERP keeps the books. Work orders, materials and finished quantities pass between the two through Integrations & API, so nobody types the same thing into both systems.
How long until the first module is live?
A pilot on one line, in weeks rather than quarters. We set the plant up with your people, put one module into real shifts, and fix what the floor tells us. Nothing else is switched on until that one is earning its place.
Where does our data live?
On a European cloud host set aside for you, or on a server at your own site. It is never shared with another customer. You choose, and you can move later.
What if we only need maintenance?
Then you turn on one module. A module that is off is absent: no menu entry, no half-filled screens. Add calibration or spare parts later and they read the same plant you already set up.
Do operators need training?
The screens are built for the person standing at the line: a few fields, big targets, plain words. A shift learns the daily job in a shift. Supervisors and engineers take longer, and we walk them through it.
