Questions plants ask first
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. Phasis manages plant operations while your ERP remains the system for commercial and financial processes. Work orders, materials and finished quantities can pass between them through the documented API, reducing duplicate entry.
How long until the first module is live?
We start with one module on one line and agree the implementation plan after discovery. Your team uses it in real shifts and we address operational feedback before expanding the scope.
Where does our data live?
On a European cloud host set aside for you, or on a server at your own site. It is never shared with another customer. You choose, and you can move later.
What if we only need maintenance?
You can start with Maintenance alone. Modules that are not active remain absent from the system, and Calibration or Spare Parts can be added later using the same plant and asset structure.
Do operators need training?
Operator screens focus on the information needed for the task at the line. We train operators, supervisors and engineers around the workflows they will use and support the team during commissioning.
