The next module uses the same plant model, users and shared records. Each expansion is planned around production requirements and agreed change windows.

Every correction and feature follows a written, approved path designed around the plant's operating schedule.

You ask.
We record the operational need, expected result and affected workflow so the purpose of the change is clear before work begins.

We agree what it does.
A small correction receives a concise definition. A larger feature receives a written scope with clear acceptance criteria for your approval.

It arrives when you say.
You approve the installation date and time. If the production window changes, the update is rescheduled.
You decide when the production system changes. We do not update a working deployment on our own schedule, and an agreed installation can be moved when plant conditions require it.
Every change has a written history from the original request through approval and installation. That record supports audits and provides the context needed when the workflow is reviewed later.
The engineering team responsible for Phasis remains directly involved in support and change delivery, giving operating plants access to the people who understand the product and its design decisions.
Phasis runs on a cloud provider based in Europe or on a server at your site. Either way it runs on hardware set aside for you alone, never shared with another customer.
