Every quality decision depends on reliable measurements. Phasis brings due and overdue instruments to the team's attention, quarantines failed gauges until QA releases them and prevents the person who performed a calibration from approving it.

The calibration record contains the reference and measured values, while Phasis calculates the error and pass-or-fail result. QA can approve, return or reject the submitted record. Approval locks the result, generates the certificate and sets the next due date.

In-Process & SPC blocks measurements from an out-of-calibration instrument. Validation can export a controlled instrument-mapping report without rebuilding the list manually.
