When shift coverage is managed on wall charts and emailed spreadsheets, shortages are easy to miss until the day they affect production. Phasis gives the plant one published shift plan and highlights coverage gaps up to 14 days ahead.

The planner defines the recurring shift rules and publishes each version of the plan. Future shifts can be revised without changing the historical record of shifts that have already run. Planning is by line and required crew size, not by assigning named workers to individual lines.

Production records the actual headcount, while HSE can use the published plan as the source for exposure hours instead of relying on an informal estimate.
