What a quote is made of
A clear quote with three cost categories.
Every proposal separates the software license, one-time implementation services and any hardware required for machine connectivity.
The license
Each module is licensed per plant, monthly or yearly. There is no per-user fee or usage tier, so every shift can use the system without changing the license cost.
Setup and commissioning
A one-time services fee covers plant setup, required machine connections and training for the first team. Commissioning continues until the first module is ready for daily use.
Hardware, where it is needed
Some modules receive data directly from machines. Any required screens, input and output modules or sensors depend on the equipment already in place and are scoped and priced separately. Many plants need no additional hardware.

The model
How licensing works
You license modules, not seats.
A module is licensed per plant. Adding operators, supervisors or another shift does not add a line to the invoice, so everyone who needs the system can use it.
The foundation is included.
Master Data, Documents, numbering, login, roles, audit history, notifications and the API are included with every licensed module.
Monthly or yearly, your choice.
Pay monthly and keep it flexible, or pay yearly at a lower rate. You can change the term at renewal, in either direction.
A module is the whole module.
There is no Pro edition, no feature locked behind an upgrade and no usage tier. Turn a module on and every screen in it is yours.
Modules stand on their own.
Each module works independently and gains additional context when connected modules are active. You can start with one operational priority and expand at your own pace.

Where it runs
Two options, and both of them are yours alone. Phasis is never run on hardware shared with another customer. Most plants take the cloud.
On a European cloud host
On machines set aside for your plant, in Europe, with no other customer on them. This is the option for a plant that does not want a server room, or for a group that wants one place to look after several sites.
On a server at your site
The data never leaves the plant. That settles the question for defense work, for pharmaceutical sites and for any strict data policy. The plant keeps running when the internet drops, and a shop-floor screen does not wait for a round trip to another country.
Either way, an update reaches the system only when you choose to install it. Nothing changes under a validated plant on a vendor's schedule.

It all comes with the first module.
Foundation
One login, one plant description, documents, signatures, notifications and the link to your other systems. It is not a license line, it cannot be switched off, and it arrives with any module you turn on.

Questions plants ask first
Is there a per-user fee?
No. Each module is licensed per plant, so adding an operator, supervisor or another shift does not change the license price.
Do we pay monthly or yearly?
Whichever suits your budget. Monthly keeps it flexible, and yearly comes at a lower rate. You can change the term at renewal.
What does the setup and commissioning line cover?
It covers plant setup, required machine connections, user preparation and training for the first team. It is a one-time services fee tied to the agreed implementation scope.
Do we need to buy hardware?
Often not. Some modules receive data directly from machines, and any need for shop-floor screens, input and output modules or sensors depends on the equipment already in place. Required hardware is listed and priced separately.
Can we add a module or another plant later?
Yes. A new module uses the plant structure and shared records already configured. Each additional plant is licensed using the same per-module, per-plant model.
What happens to our data if we stop a module?
The records stay in the system and stay readable. Nothing you recorded is deleted because a license line changed. Turn the module back on and the history is where you left it.
Where does our data live?
On a European cloud host set aside for you, or on a server at your own site. It is never shared with another customer. You choose, and you can move later.
