Batch Records

Product waits on the paper, not on the decision.

Product that is made but not released is cash sitting still. The wait is usually the paper file, assembled per batch, not the quality decision. Phasis captures every step, check and signature as the batch runs, and the reviewer works the exceptions.

The operator completes steps as the batch runs. The shift supervisor reviews during the run. The QA release officer releases from the exceptions, not from a folder. Signing uses the platform e-signature, and the record lives beside the production and quality records the batch already has.

It is a program, not a line item: it needs E-signature, Production and usually Traceability under it.
