Production tooling wears through use, not simply through time. Phasis counts actual output against service life, shows remaining life and flags tooling that has reached its service limit before it disrupts a run.

Setters record mounting, setup and teardown, while Production supplies the usage count. Individual cavities can be blocked without removing the whole tool from service, and tools issued to a worker or vendor remain unavailable until they return.

Scheduling shows tooling readiness on the work order, giving planners advance warning when a required mold or fixture is unavailable. The check informs the planner but does not change the schedule automatically.
