When output, scrap and downtime are recorded after the shift, supervisors react late and planners work from outdated information. Phasis captures production events as they happen and turns them into a live, traceable view of line performance.

The shift lead starts the shift and the released work order. Operators record output, rejects, material use and downtime, or machines send counts directly. Unclassified stops remain visible until a reason is assigned, and corrections preserve the original entry.

Actual output updates the work order automatically, giving planners a current view of progress. OEE is calculated only when the required inputs are available.
