Production & OEE
Record what the line made, stopped, and scrapped. Turn that into OEE.
This is the record of what the line actually did. Output, material used, stops, scrap, rejects and slow running, entered while the shift is on. It is the record, not the plan. The plan lives in Scheduling.
The shift lead starts the shift and starts the released work order. The operator enters output, scrap and material used. A stop that arrives with no reason sits in a queue until someone names it, and a long stop can be split so each part gets its own reason. From those records the system computes OEE, the one score for whether a machine was up, was fast, and made good parts. Where a piece of that score cannot be computed, the screen shows blank. It never shows a zero it did not earn. A wrong entry is voided with a reason rather than erased, so the original stays.
Declared output moves the work order. The planner watches the bar fill on the Scheduling timeline instead of ringing the line to ask.
