E-signature

Tie every electronic approval to the signer, its meaning and the exact record state.

A reliable electronic signature has to prove who signed, what the signature meant and exactly what was approved. Phasis rechecks the signer's credentials against the company login system and records their name, date, time and signature meaning against that version of the record.

If the record changes, the previous signature does not carry over. Electronic signature can be enabled for the individual approvals required by the plant's quality system and left off everywhere else.
