Anyone can report an issue. The planner sets the priority, assigns a technician and dispatches the work. Technicians record the repair and select ISO 14224 failure codes, giving managers a consistent history that can be compared across assets and sites.

Equipment entered in the shared plant model appears as a draft maintenance asset. When a job starts, Phasis can also check Permit to Work and show whether a permit is required.
