Machines set aside for your plant, in Europe, with no other customer on them. This is the choice for a plant with no server room, or a group looking after several sites.
On a server at your site
The data never leaves the plant, which settles the question for a regulated site or a strict data policy. The line keeps running when the internet drops.

Questions plants ask first
Can we start with one area and add the rest later?
Yes. Modules that are not active remain absent from the system. When you add another module, it uses the plant structure, users and shared records already in place.
Do the modules work without each other?
Yes. Each module works independently and gains additional context from connected modules. Permit to Work manages permits by itself; when Skills & Training is active, it can also check the current competency matrix before issue.
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. Phasis manages plant operations while your ERP remains the system for commercial and financial processes. Work orders, materials and finished quantities can pass between them through the documented API, reducing duplicate entry.
Where does our data live?
On a European cloud host set aside for you, or on a server at your own site. It is never shared with another customer. You choose, and you can move later.
What if we only need maintenance?
You can start with Maintenance alone. Modules that are not active remain absent from the system, and Calibration or Spare Parts can be added later using the same plant and asset structure.
