Measure the process. See it drift before it makes scrap.

SPC, statistical process control, is a chart of the same measurement over time. The module watches that measurement and warns before the process makes scrap. The chart limits come from the process itself, not from the drawing. Plain checklists run on the same screens, because a pass or fail visual check is not always a number.

A quality engineer defines what to measure, say fill weight, and groups several of those into an inspection plan. Inspectors walk the round and enter the readings. After enough points the chart locks its own limits. A rule break raises a finding while the parts are still good, and the quality manager works that queue. Nothing is edited here. A wrong entry is voided with a reason, the original stays, and the chart updates. After a machine change the engineer recalculates with a reason and a fresh baseline starts.

Every reading names the gauge, and Calibration holds that gauge record. A reading from an instrument that is out of calibration is refused. A finding can open an NCR, a nonconformance report, or a CAPA in Quality.
