Spare Parts

Know the right spare is available before the technician starts the job.

Maintenance loses time when parts availability is only confirmed after a technician reaches the storeroom. Phasis shows reservations against the job in advance and prevents expired product-contact parts from being issued.

Storeroom staff receive, issue, return and count parts by bin. Planners reserve parts directly or through reusable kits. Shelf-life items carry lot and expiry information, picking prioritizes the earliest expiry, and large cycle-count variances require independent approval.

Spare Parts uses the same assets and maintenance jobs as the CMMS. It manages quantities in the maintenance storeroom, not production inventory or financial valuation.
