Phasis raises notifications from the operational record itself, covering overdue calibration, tool-life limits, stale meters, unacknowledged handovers and unread documents without creating the same alert again every day.

Every user has an in-app notification inbox. Email is available when mail is configured, while SMS and WhatsApp can be enabled when the plant needs mobile delivery. Recipients are configured by role or named person.
