When schedules are distributed through spreadsheets and email, production can act on an outdated plan and planners lose time checking progress. Phasis gives planners and supervisors one current view of scheduled, released and running work.

The planner sequences work orders on qualified lines and releases them when they are ready for production. Phasis prevents a job from being scheduled on a line that cannot run the product. ERP work orders can be imported into the unscheduled pool while the planner remains in control of placement and sequence.

Recorded production output updates each work order, so schedule progress reflects what has actually been made.
